These Terms & Conditions regulate the use of credovanta.com and the services associated with the Credovanta platform. By browsing the site or sending us a message through the contact form, you accept the conditions described below. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the site.

1. Identification

credovanta.com is operated by Credovanta S.A.S., CUIT 30-71820946-3, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ) under number 14.328 / Book 8 of Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas. Registered office at Av. Corrientes 1386, Piso 8, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2. Description of the service

Credovanta makes available a digital platform that displays real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina, allows interested parties to evaluate their main characteristics and to manifest their will to participate in collaborative financing structures connected to those projects. The site does not constitute a public offering of securities, nor financial intermediation in the sense of Argentine market regulations.

3. Eligibility

The site is intended for legal-age individuals (18 years or older) and for legal entities duly incorporated, which can prove their identity and the legitimate origin of the funds they intend to allocate. Credovanta reserves the right to reject any participation request when it does not meet the internal compliance criteria.

4. Risks of real estate participation

All economic participation in a real estate project carries inherent risks (delays in works, cost overruns, regulatory or market changes, deviation of expected occupancy, etc.). Estimated returns are not a guarantee and depend on each development's evolution. Credovanta provides documentation, analyses and reports so that each person can make an informed decision, but does not assume the role of advisor and does not guarantee a specific return.

5. Content and intellectual property

Texts, images, names, logos and the general structure of the site are protected by Argentine intellectual property regulations (Law 11.723). The reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of those elements requires prior written authorization from Credovanta.

6. Responsible use

You undertake to use the site honestly, without attempting to compromise its security, send abusive automated traffic, submit false data through the contact form or use the information published for fraudulent or contrary to law purposes. Credovanta may suspend access in cases of detected abuse.

7. Liability

Within the limits allowed by Argentine law, Credovanta is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or consequential damages resulting from the inability to access the site, errors in third-party content or decisions made by you on the basis of generic information published on the platform. The specific responsibility associated with each project is described in its own documentation.

8. Modifications

Credovanta may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect regulatory, technical or commercial changes. When the changes are substantial, they will be communicated through the site for a reasonable period before they come into force. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the latest version.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Argentine Republic. For any controversy that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit themselves to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
