Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Credovanta S.A.S. ("Credovanta", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors and registered users of credovanta.com. We operate from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and we adhere to Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its updates and the resolutions issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Credovanta S.A.S., CUIT 30-71820946-3, registered office at Av. Corrientes 1386, Piso 8, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any privacy-related request can be sent to hola@credovanta.com using the subject line "Personal data".
2. Data we collect
We collect data that you provide directly (such as full name, email and the content of the messages you send through our contact form) and technical data generated by your browsing (such as IP address, approximate location based on IP, device, language and pages visited). We do not request banking information through the public site. Identity verification of investors, when applicable, is carried out through dedicated secure channels described in each project's documentation.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use personal data to respond to inquiries received through the contact form, to keep statistical records about the use of the site, to comply with our legal and accounting obligations and, with your express consent, to send relevant updates about new real estate verticals or platform features. We do not sell personal data to third parties under any circumstance.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your prior consent (article 5 of Law 25.326), on the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by you, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and on legal obligations applicable to a company registered in Argentina.
5. Sharing with third parties
Some technical processes — such as email delivery, hosting infrastructure, audience measurement and advertising campaigns — are operated by external providers acting as data processors on our behalf. We work, among others, with hosting providers based in the European Union and with Google services (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), always within the limits of your consent settings. Any international transfer of data is carried out using mechanisms recognized as adequate by Argentine regulations.
6. Retention
Messages received through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months for security and audit purposes. Accounting and tax data is kept for the periods required by Argentine tax legislation.
7. Your rights
You can at any time request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, updated or deleted, withdraw your consent, oppose certain processing operations and ask not to be subject to fully automated decisions with legal effects. To exercise these rights, write to hola@credovanta.com identifying yourself adequately. You can also file a claim with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública if you consider that your rights have not been correctly addressed.
8. Security
We apply technical, organizational and contractual measures aimed at preserving the confidentiality and integrity of the information we handle: TLS encryption in transit, role-based access on the administration side, encrypted backups and periodic review of authorized service providers.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect regulatory, technical or organizational changes. The "Last updated" date at the beginning of the document always reflects the latest revision. When the changes are substantial, we will display a notice on the home page for a reasonable period of time.
